Bactigras is a sterile, soft paraffin dressing infused with chlorhexidine, designed to soothe and protect wounds while reducing the risk of infection. Its low-adherent open-weave gauze allows effective drainage into a secondary dressing, ensuring optimal wound care. Suitable for minor burns, lacerations, abrasions, and graft sites.
